At Race for Resilienceevent, Do Ba Duc and Sayaka Okamoto met at the first time.

Many attractive projects for disaster response and prevention on the stage, but when Duc announced that he'd like to make Social network for foreigners usable in emergency situation, Sayaka just knew that's what she really want to work on!

Duc has experience 3.11 in 2011 in Japan.
Sayaka has experience 9.11 in 2001 in United States, and 3.11 in Tokyo as well. After 3.11, she was really remembering what she felt in US on 2011, and anxious about poverty of information in foreign language, even in English.
She translated information in English of news to share on her blog, but felt so powerless.

Idea of Duc aroused her interest because of this experience Duc and Sayaka had a brief meeting for sharing serious passion to this idea, then they started to write screen drafts immediately.

Then "Real-time emergency network for foreigners" project was set.
Duc made presentation about our progress on the day.

It was the day snowed heavily in Tokyo.

We work hard at home for preparing the presentation we'll have tomorrow until almost morning,
